What does not exist yet is a way to pay, so the unwatermarked download stays locked.

Nowhere. It is written to this browser's local storage so that the site can remind you when you come back. We never see it. There is no server, no database and no third-party form service in this site — that is a deliberate choice about privacy and cost, not an oversight.When the domain is live we will publish an address here that you can mail directly; today there is no working inbox to send to.
